1. Introduction

Caddttree Limited, a Guernsey‐registered company (registration number 2031) with its headquarters at La Corvee House, Alderney GY9 3TQ, Guernsey (“Casino”), together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors (collectively, “Casino Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates Jackpot City’s Casino and several other online gaming platforms (collectively, “Casino Websites” or “Websites”). This document (the “Agreement” or “Terms & Conditions”) governs your use of the Services provided through these Websites, including mobile applications (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Services. We reserve the right to modify, update or amend these Terms at any time; all changes will be published here with an updated Effective Date above.

2. Key Definitions

In this Agreement:

  • “Account” means the unique, password‐protected account you create upon registration on a Casino Website.
  • “Agreement” refers to these Rules, Terms & Conditions.
  • “Casino Group” means Caddttree Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, sister, parent and ultimate parent entities, including their respective officers, directors and employees.
  • “Casino Websites” means www.spincasino.ca, www.rubyfortune.ca, www.jackpotcityscasino.com, www.royalvegas.ca (known respectively as Spin Casino, Ruby Fortune, Jackpot City’s Casino and Royal Vegas) and any derivative or branded online casinos owned or operated by the Casino Group.
  • “Charge-back” means any reversal of a deposit transaction, whether initiated by you, your credit‐card issuer or any third‐party payment provider.
  • “Closed Account” means an Account that has been closed, deregistered or excluded by you or by us.
  • “Inactive Account” means an Account with no recorded login or logout events for six (6) consecutive months, unless any login/logout during that period involved a financial transaction.
  • “Guest Player” means a user who plays with free‐play credits that have no real‐money value.
  • “Player” means any individual who holds a Real Player Account, a Guest Player Account, an Inactive Account or a Closed Account on any Casino Website.
  • “Real Player” means any user who registers a funded, real‐money Account with the Casino.
  • “Services” refers to the provision of Casino gaming software, games, promotions, tournaments and any interactive features provided on the Casino Websites or mobile applications.
  • “Software” means any proprietary or licensed gaming software, applications or platforms provided to you to enable you to play on the Casino Websites.
  • “Your Jurisdiction” means the jurisdiction in which you are domiciled, reside or are physically located when accessing our Services.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least nineteen (19) years old (or older if required by law in Your Jurisdiction).
  • Physically reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted.
  • Agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information at all times.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or terminate your registration and/or exclude you from our Services if you:

  • Are under the minimum legal age for gambling in Your Jurisdiction.
  • Have self‐excluded or are under a court order or regulatory direction prohibiting participation in online gaming.
  • Are an employee, officer or director of the Casino Group, a member of an iGaming regulatory authority (e.g., AGCO, iGO) or a third‐party game or equipment supplier used by the Casino Group.
  • Attempt to register more than one Account per Casino Website or per household.

4. Account Management

4.1 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may not share your Account details or permit others to gamble using your Account.

4.2 We retain the right to suspend, close or exclude your Account at any time in our sole discretion, including for any suspected fraud, Charge-back, abuse, self‐exclusion, or violation of these Terms.

4.3 An Inactive Account may be deactivated at our discretion. If your Account becomes Inactive and holds a positive balance, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details on file. If no response is received within thirty (30) days, we may, at our sole discretion, take control of that balance.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name. We do not accept third‐party payments or allow players to gamble on credit.

5.2 Withdrawals are subject to verification, including Know‐Your‐Customer (KYC) and Anti‐Money Laundering (AML) procedures. We may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 The Casino reserves the right to pay any winnings in Canadian Dollars (C$) and to apply any currency conversion rates in effect at the time of transaction.

5.4 We may, at our discretion, impose limits on deposits, wagers or withdrawals, and apply a review of your gameplay activity before releasing funds.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any fraudulent or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to Charge-backs, money laundering, or collusion with other players.
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit any game, promotion, bonus, or tournament.
  • Create multiple Accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses or to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Permit any other person to gamble using your Account credentials.
  • Use bots, automatic programs, or any other software or hardware to access or play on the Casino Websites.
  • Violate any law, regulation or third‐party right (including intellectual property rights) in connection with your use of the Services.

7. Communications & Marketing

7.1 By registering an Account, you consent to receive service‐related communications from us via email, SMS or push notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications (e.g., promotional emails) by following the unsubscribe link or adjusting your account settings; however, you will still receive essential transactional and regulatory notices.

7.2 We use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies for functional, analytical and marketing purposes. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser or device settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, images, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Casino Websites are owned or licensed by the Casino Group and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. No portion of the Website, including text, graphics or code, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Casino Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10.2 Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the non‐exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. However, we may seek interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Caddttree Limited is also governed by the laws of the Bailiwick of Guernsey in respect of its Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC) licence.

11. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: No failure or delay by us in enforcing any right under this Agreement will operate as a waiver of that right.
  • Third-Party Beneficiaries: Except as expressly provided, nothing in this Agreement shall confer a benefit on any third party.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Casino Group concerning your use of the Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
  • Translations: If this Agreement is translated into any other language and there is any conflict between the English version and the translated version, the English version shall prevail.
