Caddttree Limited, a Guernsey‐registered company (registration number 2031) with its headquarters at La Corvee House, Alderney GY9 3TQ, Guernsey (“Casino”), together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors (collectively, “Casino Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates Jackpot City’s Casino and several other online gaming platforms (collectively, “Casino Websites” or “Websites”). This document (the “Agreement” or “Terms & Conditions”) governs your use of the Services provided through these Websites, including mobile applications (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Services. We reserve the right to modify, update or amend these Terms at any time; all changes will be published here with an updated Effective Date above.

4.3 An Inactive Account may be deactivated at our discretion. If your Account becomes Inactive and holds a positive balance, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details on file. If no response is received within thirty (30) days, we may, at our sole discretion, take control of that balance.
5.1 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name. We do not accept third‐party payments or allow players to gamble on credit.
5.2 Withdrawals are subject to verification, including Know‐Your‐Customer (KYC) and Anti‐Money Laundering (AML) procedures. We may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.3 The Casino reserves the right to pay any winnings in Canadian Dollars (C$) and to apply any currency conversion rates in effect at the time of transaction.
5.4 We may, at our discretion, impose limits on deposits, wagers or withdrawals, and apply a review of your gameplay activity before releasing funds.

You may opt out of marketing communications (e.g., promotional emails) by following the unsubscribe link or adjusting your account settings; however, you will still receive essential transactional and regulatory notices.

All content, software, images, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Casino Websites are owned or licensed by the Casino Group and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. No portion of the Website, including text, graphics or code, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Casino Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
10.2 Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the non‐exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. However, we may seek interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10.3 Caddttree Limited is also governed by the laws of the Bailiwick of Guernsey in respect of its Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC) licence.
